Meeting Maggie

     Hello, I'm Maggie! I'm from northern California and I'm a junior in college. I'm a public health management and policy-making major at Oregon State University with a minor in business. Marketing will be my first business and I can't wait to learn all sorts of tips and tricks. Hopefully, I can take some marketing knowledge home to California with me. I live on a small ranch where my dad and uncle run our family business. We grow grapes and run a small tasting room. 

    As I mentioned this will be my first business class. I had the option between this class and microeconomics, so I guess you could say marketing was the lesser of two evils. My public health major has been pretty basic so far but I'm very excited for the internships. I'd like to work in a hospital of some kind. 

    Things that make me who I am are my amazing friends, family, pets, books, and a sprinkle of sci-fi movie obsession. I live with my two best friends, Haylie and Rowan. My family back home consists of my mom, dad, and older sister Ella. I have a dog, two cats, and a pig. I'll read pretty much any fiction book, but right now I'm making my way through the Stephen King novels. I love the Star Wars movies and the Transformers movies.
